LAUNCH 2011

Our Challenge:

Expand the audience for the third annual Launch festival with a more comprehensive PR campaign, while facilitating greater coordination of the event team to run the event more smoothly.

 

Our Solution:

In order to maximize PR efforts for the 2011 Launch festival, Unseen Heroes made use of a large range of mediums for publicity from web, to TV, to print, in order to attract a larger crowd to the event. We also brought in more corporate sponsors than the event had ever seen in order to increase revenue and attendance. In addition to strengthening PR and sponsorship for the event, Unseen Heroes contributed a meticulous sense of organization to event planning and implementation, which synthesized the group of original coordinators, allowing the event to go off without a hitch.

 

Their Results:

-Increased ticket sales by 59% from the previous year.

-Secured a cover and spread in Submerge Magazine in the weeks leading up to the event.
