UnitedState x Ambiguous
Our Challenge:
To increase brand awareness, visibility, and sales numbers for UnitedState boutique during its lowest sales period in the retail season.
Our Solution:
Connect with the boutique’s highest selling brand, Ambiguous Clothing, to bring new and existing clients a unique experience to increase foot traffic and boost sales and brand credibility. What better way to fuse the two than bring the Ambiguous Paddle Art Show to Sacramento? This exhibition featured over 800 custom-made ping-pong paddles, designed by international visual artists from Cannes, Barcelona, Frankfurt, Paris, and New York. To build buzz around the event, Unseen Heroes coordinated an exclusive after-party for VIP guests. The after-[arty features live bands and DJ’s for entertainment, while VIP guests got a sneak peak at new clothing and paddle art. Each after-party guest received a swag bag with items from each brand, as well as a discount coupon to encourage them to return to UnitedState.
Their Results:
-On the night of the event, UnitedState doubled their sales ratio from the previous year on this date.
-Increased foot traffic by 300% on the night of the event.
-Buzz surrounding the event continued to attract new and existing customers to the store for 4 weeks after the fact.
-80% return rate of VIP guests to use their discount coupon.
-20% increase in UnitedState’s seasonal sales number, its highest in 3 years.
